        • Last night I did 40 min treadmill level 8 various inclines. Not a killer but felt good.

          Tonight I'll do 45 min treadmill trying to increase level or speed but I'm kinda tired. Something is better than nothing! :nod

            • The playground is finished! Over 500 volunteers and 6 days! OMG what a fun time we had and what a lot of work everyone did to get us to this.

              I look forward to seeing everyone's results Monday, and will be sure to update the list. Thanks for being so patient with me this week!!!

                          I did housework Saturday and kinda rested Sunday. I will hit the gym hard tonight. Tomorrow night I have my class.

                            • 194.0 today.. haven't been as strict as I should be (have been taking care of my fiance after emergency appendectamy).. sadly the treadmill I borrowed from my aunt is pretty well dead too, so haven't been able to start that up either.. planning on looking for a treadmill sometime this week though, since I've been wanting one for about 3 years now.. the time is here, I have the room, so I'm finally going to get one, yay! Hopefully next week is better.. keep up the good work guys!
