    • Im in...... Being that its almost May 1st, I will set a small goal of being under 200 pounds by June 1st, and when I say under I mean more than 1 pound under!!

        • Just checking in for the week and I am still praying for each of us to have our own little bit of success each week.

          Since I have already met my March to May goal, I am going to set another mini-goal to work towards throughout the month of May, to finish off this challenge. That goal being...that I would like to reach "onederland" ( I have not been there in 17+ years!) by June 1st. I hope that this will happen as I only have 8.5 lbs. to get there, but I have been stuck at 108 for almost 8 days now! I am pretty frustrated as I have been eating "clean" and exercising 7 days a week. If anyone has any hints for me, let me know!

          One question for those of you who have been at this awhile. Should I expect my weight loss to slow like this the more and more weight I lose? Is this normal? Have any of you who have stayed on extended induction kept on losing consistantly the whole way through? Just curious!

            • No change in weight really (no loss)

              I'm going to work out hard tonight. I don't know how much I can do this week. We had a death in the family and will be having family here from Wed thru Sat.

                I need help...
                the past 2 weeks ive kinda been off and on the program.. ive been doing it since sept 1st anbd doing good but the past week i was completley off i need to be whipped back into shape- both figuartaivly and literally- so any encourgement .... im going to drink lots of water today and start off doing well again- im not sure what happened i had been doing sooo well and losing lots and then i messed up and didnt stop well today i start again strong hopefully...

                  Check-in today???? 236lbs! 74lbs down since Jan 14th. My goal is 220 by June 1, and it looks like I just might make it :icondance :joy.

                  Ztachick-- What's the prob girlie??/ You know as well as I do, you can do this. Instead of allowing yourself to slip up, why don't you allow yourself to succeed. I know it can be hard at times. Anytime people try to pressure me into eating something I know will stall my progress, I tell them "You know I'm not gonna eat that!" I have to attitude down and everything. Even if no one is putting pressure on you, just think about this fact: If I cheat I'm only slowing myself down, dragging out this process, and the more I cheat, the longer it will take. :hug.

                  • iyshiaf-very true... i did good yesterday and will continue to do so as i had been doing so well and then had a slight set back but thats all that i want that to be a setback cuz i know this works..

                    • No weight progress (at least not in the right direction)

                      I did 40 min on the treadmill last night. Tonight I have class so it's a rest day.

                      I have family coming in tomorrow so I don't know how the rest of my week is going to be. But next week I'll hit it hard again.

                      • Check-in time...lost only 1 lb, TOM coming soon :sadblinky Increased my excercise regime this week, and feel great, eventhough had such a small weight loss. I'm gonna work out everyday this week, and make sure that wooshie fairy comes to me real soon :yes

                            Well I'll have family here sometime this evening. Don't know what time yet. I'm planning on working out after work unless I hear something. I don't know what the rest of the week will look like. I'm hoping I can get more exercise in this week even though it will be busy.
