haven't updated in awhile...
okay...I finally am convinced about the drinking water advise I have seen so frequently on this board. I went out and bought a bunch of bottled water and have been drinkin approx 6 24oz. bottles a day for the last 2 days...I dropped 2 lbs in 2 days! I couldn't believe it! So now I am finally below 190...barely, but I am! (189.8 maybe) So everybody...drink that water! :dancingb: :dancingb: :dancingb:

Hmmmm, I am still at the same weight.
not sure about the inches thing yet, but they aren't moving much either.

Check-in!
Monday check-in still at 234 :sadblinky. Need the whoosh fairy pronto! Have not cheated, drinking my water, upped my exercise, and still no loss! It's only been since last Wednesday though, so I will give it time. I also had TOM the 1st part of last week--so I think I just need to have some patience. I did, however, lose 1 inch off my waist last week--I'll do the rest of the measurements when I get home from work today.

Ok., I got a pm because I am one of the slackers who has not checked-in recently. I have still not lost anything and I got sick of reporting a stall week-after-week. Not sure where to go from here since I've been following the WOE and exercising. I think I'll have to chop off a body part in order to lose any more weight. :speechle: It is really frustrating because with so much weight to lose I thought it would continue to drop off easily for at least another 30-40 pounds.
