        I am walking around with my water bottle everywhere now. It has become a constant companion.

                  HealthyMiMi thanks for reporting. Do you mean your weight has stalled? This happens to all of us. Our bodies take break and hang on to stuff. We just keep trucking and it all works out in then end. It is a long road.

                      I've been on bed rest for the past few days (Last part of Monday and all yesterday) I don't know how much water I drank....but I'm guessing yesterday wasn't 64 ounces. I've lost =(....I didn't want to drink (or eat) because getting out of bed hurt...so I'll sign up for the water challenge in November if there is one =)

                                Well, trust me, I've gotten my water in every day, to 144 oz plus. I throw my empties from the bed to the bathroom door in the middle of the night, there are water bottles sitting on the bedside table, on the floor, and beside me in the bed. NO LIE!!!


                                Did you know that in the summer, a frozen bottle in a layer of cloth can help you save on A/C placed under your neck / back / whatever? Warm ones vice-versa (save on heating) in cold weather? Also useful this way outdoors, where no A/C / heat available... And taken during the night, even can be used as an "alarm clock": just increase the consumption according to how soon you want to be forced to get up!!! LOL
