      Saturday already and only two drinking days left of week 4. It is going well with me.

        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

              Sunday October 26 is the last drinking day of week 4. We should have reported 7 times when the week is over. Tomorrow week 5 starts.
              I am doing fine. I had become easier for me to drink water. Getting better habits and am starting off the day with plenty of water

                I'm a little confused by the dates. Shouldn't week 3 be from the 13th to the 19th, and the 20th be the first day of week 4

                  You are right. It was including the 19th (to the but not including the 20th) We started week 4 on the 20th and it will ending today on the 26th. Week 5 from Monday 27th to and including Friday 31.
                  I hope that clears it up.

                        So, my computer was in the shop, so I couldn't get on that much. I have drank atleast 64 ounces each day. NOT NEARLY ENOUGH!
                        Getting oin his definilty makes me go and grab a big 44 oz glass of water.
                        Besides drinking the water, I eat ice like CRAZY.

                            Don't ask me how I did it but I managed to drink 96 ozs yesterday without even trying! That's amazing for me because I wasn't even sure I could drink 64 when I joined this challenge! I'm thrilled!
