










At this time of year when many of us think about "drinking" responsibly-water may not be the first thing that comes to mind!
However-especially after the holidays a lot of us need that extra push to stay on track and also rid our bodies of things that we may have consumed that weren't so great for us.

Drinking enough water is vital on Atkins for many reasons.
It helps to flush toxins and fats out of the body protecting the kidneys, prevents dehydration, helps to prevent constipation and helps with water retention.

1. Commit to an amount of water you will consume each day
(64oz minimum).
2. Sign up by January 5th.
3. Post your water intake at least twice a week.
