
It's February and we still need to remember to drink enough water each and every day. Come on and join me for the FEBRUARY WATER CHALLENGE!!! (Better late than never -- sorry!!)
Drinking enough water is vital on Atkins for many reasons.
It helps to flush toxins and fats out of the body protecting the kidneys, prevents dehydration, helps to prevent constipation and helps with water retention.
Plus it gives you something to do with your hand other than stuff food in your mouth! 
Please join me in the February Water Challenge.
Rules:
1. Commit to an amount of water you will consume each day
(64oz minimum).
2. Sign up A.S.A.P. The sooner you sign up the more you'll drink this
month!!
3. Post your water intake no more than once a day (or twice a week).
4. Encourage your fellow water logged buddies along the way!!
