
It's almost April it's no joke we need to drink enough water each and every day.
Come on and join me for the APRIL WATER CHALLENGE!!!
Drinking enough water is vital on Atkins for many reasons.
It helps to flush toxins and fats out of the body protecting the kidneys, prevents dehydration,
helps to prevent constipation and helps with water retention.
Plus it gives you something to do with your hand other than stuff food in your mouth and it's one of the easiest challenges to do - all you have to do is DRINK!!
RULES
1. Commit to an amount of water you will consume each day
(64oz minimum).
2. Sign up A.S.A.P. The sooner you sign up the more you'll drink this month!!
3. Post your water intake no more than once a day (or twice a week).
4. Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names then change your numbers.











I will hike it up this month to 120 oz
