    Hey!!!

    This is a challenge for all you newbies wanting to start induction mon 15th june.

    I would love to loose 2 stone (28lbs) by 3rd august.

    is anyone up for joining me on this challenge. If so let me know your starting weight on mon 15th, your mini goal weight by aug 3rd and your weigh in day??

    First Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 11st12lbs
    Second Mini Goal: Loose 12lbs = 11st0lbs
    Third Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 10st 4lbs
    Fourth Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 9st 8lbs

    I would love to join this challenge!! however i dont weigh in regularly, is that going to be a problem?

    sorry but also do you have to be in induction to do this? what if you are doing extended induction?

      yes its fine whatever stage ur in. also how often do u weigh??

        Count me in...I will finish my induction by 15th June but will be in extended induction.

        I would love to lose atleast 20lbs by August3rd....
        Height : 5"3
        Starting Weight : 166lbs
        Goal Weight : 115 lbs

        Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly.

        Starting weight: 75.5kgs
        Mini Goal weight : 69 kgs
        1st Goal weight: 64 kgs
        2nd Goal weight : 60 kgs
        3rd Goal weight : 55 kgs
        4th Goal weight : 50 kgs

          i weigh in every couple of days or try and wait for my weekly one (i say try to lol)
