            You guys, I am so sorry I have not posted lately. I have had some things going on with my 3 month old daughter and her GERD and have just not been able to get on top of posting!!! But, I am still thinking about my committment and doing it every day!

            July 7 - 77 ounces
            July 8 - 67 ounces
            July 9 - 86 ounces
            July 10 - 93 ounces
            July 11 - 99 ounces (still mad that I did not get out of bed and drink another ounce on that day!! lol)

                            Hi carole since Saturday i have been really ill and have been diagnosed with the swine flu been given the caplsules to treat it im recovering slowly so I have been unable to drink much or eat im even off plan as i have no appetite and not enough energy to cook.I guess i failed the challenge due to my illness.Carry on the rest of you i will sign up to August challenge hopefully.
