Current Mini Goals:
1) 35 pounds lost
2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
Congratulations to everyone who has joined and have made it through your first day -- if you aren't use to drinking water it may help to get a glass or jug that you know how much it holds, then keep it filled during the day and sip - you'll be amazed how much more you drink if you sip throughout the day instead of filling a glass and trying to chug it all down.
I'm with you Kath, there's no way I would have finished my last water bottle last night if it wasn't for the challenge!
Sept 1--100 oz (had to get up 3xs during the night. I'm going to make it a goal to finish my 100 oz by 6pm and then only drink water after that if I am truly thirsty!)
