
Can you believe it...It's time to sign up for the October Water Challenge. We start bright and early
October 1st.
Drinking enough water is vital on Atkins for many reasons.
1) It helps to flush toxins and fats out of the body;
2) protects the kidneys;
3) prevents dehydration;
4) helps to prevent constipation;
5) helps with water retention; and
6) keeps your skin healthier
This is one of the easiest challenges to can do - all you have to do is DRINK!! We don't take any days off - this is a month long challenge. It's up to you to post daily

RULES
1. Commit to an amount of PURE (nothing added except ice) water you will consume each day (64oz minimum).
2. Sign up A.S.A.P. We start October 1st
3. Post your total water intake once a day
4. All you have to do is post your name and how many ounces of water you are pledging each day. Each day put the date and number of ounces you drank for that day - it's that easy.
(ie: MandyPandy 80 oz.)
