Carole I'm out for the month as I've not met my requirements at all this week. I've only been drinking 64- 72 oz per day. If it is okay I will begin recording my H20 intake as of today to keep myself accountable. Been struggling all week but hopefully I've got myself straightened out.

Carole, hope you feel better soon. I just came out of a horrible two week binge. I was fortunate that I did not put on all the weight that I had lost (not that it was that much) stay the course and keep well. I am going to start up again tonight. The water challenge help me control my eating. I always had the evening to report. LOL
