  • What are the January Challenges?

    Hi,

    I looked in the "Challenges" section, but I do not see any January Challenges besides the WATER Challenge. Am I looking in the wrong place?


    Probably want to join abs and miles for sure.

    Mini Goals:
    170 lbs. = on my way down :thumbsup:
    166 lbs. = my WW 10% goal
    163 lbs. = wow, look at me go!:spin:
    160 lbs. = the lowest I've been in years:)
    155 lbs. = my clothes should be hangin'!!

      You'll need to look in the "Exercise Challenges" forum.

      I didn't check if the exercise challenge threads for January are created though.

        There are not that many challenges in this forum. But there should be. I would encourage anyone who feels like starting one to go ahead. Look at some of the past challenges for ideas. Challenges are good ones. I loved the December one.
        Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        May Challenges 2010
        Push-ups: 450/800
        Abs: 850/1900
        Squats: 650/1200
        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km


        2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

          Actually the exercise challenges are listed in the Atkins For Health forum. The Abs challenge is listed there for Jan.
