                  I love doing the Atkins diet. I love eating my red meat when all my friends on a low fat diet are suffering with just salads and bland foods.
                  I had a low carb cheese cake today with blueberry sauce on it.

                                Yes, I did. That way I can control what goes into it. I use stevia to sweeten it.That is what I used to sweeten the blueberry sauce as well. It has been over a year since I have had real sugar so I do not miss it. The thing I miss the most is french fries ,tator tot, mash potatoes. As you can see I am a potato nut. But I make mock Mash potatoes, mock potato salad which helps with the cravings I might get. Haven't figured out how to make mock tater tot or french fries yet.LOL
