Okay, i want to try this challenge once again. Even though i LIKE WATER (the only other drink i like is coffee....maybe occasional red grapefruit juice, but that's off limits...) i find that only if i actually write down how much water i drink per day will i actually drink enough each day....Pledging 72 oz's per day ... hopefully will do more but this should cover those days that i just don't manage to drink properly.
