Carole, I love reading your posts, they are always so inspiring! I've been finding it tough to get all my water in, so I've switched to putting it in a quart size mason jar, it's a lot easier to drink from than the Hydracoach bottle. I'll take the Hydracoach with me if I'm out and about though.
May 2 - 48 oz (I still use my Hydracoach)
May 3 - 75 oz well, I'm getting there
May 4 - 86 oz....finally!
May 5 - 85 oz
May 6 - 88 oz
May 7 - 87 oz
May 8 - 85 oz
May 9 - 87 oz
