  • What's for dinner??

    Haven't seen one of these threads in a while and they usually are pretty good at providing ideas.... soo.... What was for dinner at your house this weekend??
    I made Shrimp Mozambique tonight, guys had it over rice, I had mine over spaghetti squash! :eating

      Tonight it's herb rubbed pot roast with either the ol' stand by of broccoli and cauliflower OR some sauteed brussel sprouts with cut up portabella mushrooms. I've got some cleaning to do still while the roast cooks so we'll see.

            I overdid the tanning bed yesterday and I am cooked! :sadblinky :burn

            Didn't want to be near much heat, so I opted for a mini meatloaf with some broccoli and cauliflower thrown in to the pan for a short time, then topped that with some cheese. I think the cauliflower had been in the freezer too long - didn't taste too good, but Thunder liked it, so I fed it to him. :yes

              Last nite we had huge ribeye steaks cooked on our new grill! :joy Also grilled some zuchinni brushed w/ olive oil and old bay seasoning - picked fresh from my garden! :joy :joy
