Silicone bracelets, like the 'Livestrong' ones.

We sell them at work, and I know precious little about what the different colours and messages mean.
I know about Livestrong, and I know about the pink one with the breast cancer ribbon and message on it....but we have others that I'm not too sure of.
I did a search on this and all I'm getting is sites that are manufacturing and selling them, I can't seem to find descriptions of whether a particular colour means a particular thing or not other than the yellow and pink.

We have red, black, green, blue and then we have pink and yellow ones with other messages on them.

I got myself a green one with "Live Healthy" on it. I know what it means to me, but am I representing something I'm not aware of?

Live Strong is Lance Armstrong's fundraiser for Lance Armstrong Foundation aids in cancer research and is yellow like his TOUR DE FRANCE leader jersey is yellow. The bracelets are a symbol of support for cancer survivors and the fight against the disease.

Other colors are knockoffs.

As far as i know the coloured ones are just novelty bracelets and don't support anything in specific. You just find one that has special meaning to you

the company selling the silicon ones says it is just the words as you can get the words in many different colors to accessorize your outfits. As you can see in the pic faith comes in different colors in their pic and so do the others in their catolog.

Silicone bracelets with "word sayings" are the hottest novelty of Spring 2005.

I have the ONE white ones....

the purple ones from Relay for LIfe from the American Cancer Society..

Wal-Mart sells a bunch of ones different colors (somebody listed them) with part of the proceeds going to cancer research.

I also have half red half yellow ones from the Children's Miracle Network

oh one hospital ask folk to remove thier yellow one when going as a patient because that is how thye code DNR folk
