You know that I love to congratulate folks who stick with us thru thick and thin, and today there is one special guy who has “stuck” more than most.
Iapetus999 found ADBB 2 years ago and joined. His supporting and friendly attitude, not to mention his knowledge of Atkins, quickly became apparent and he was promoted, if that’s the word, to Moderator. But what is really special about him is that for two years he has not only lost the weight but also, kept it off and we look at him as a real
shining star.
Congratulation Iapetus999. Thanks for finding this board, and thanks for all the support that you have given to these bunch of losers. Hope you enjoy hiking up Mt Rainier and will be watching for your report.
