One day I was at a bar and a guy said I could have a free zippo if I signed up for the "smokers" mailing list. (they scan your driver's license)

So I got my first piece of mail...5 $1 coupons for Marlboros.
The funny thing is that the whole mail...especially the coupons...smell like tobacco smoke!!

It's like they purposely put tobacco scent on the mail!

Their glossy copy has totally convinced me to smoke! Woo hoo!

I wonder if your name and information is now on some insurance list for further use in case you list yourself as a non-smoker in the future.I don't really have a scenario on how they would use it against you but then my mind is not very sneaky.

That won't matter, they do urine tests that can detect minute amounts of nicotine so you can't lie anyway, they'll catch you if you do.

Geez, that is a really great point but, and right now I have a big butt, but that is not what we are talking about. Sorry, I was watching Old Groucho Marx movies all weekend. My mind is still in Groucho mode.

As a person that has seen people that were on steroids beat a steroid test I have to say, if a test can be devised then someone can figure out a way to beat it so I didn't even think about it in that way.

I was thinking about it in a strictly legal way in which someone asks you, "Did you or did you not say you were a smoker" in order to gain a legal advantage.

I'll bet that Iapetus999 has now buried her zippo out in the back yard in hopes that the smoking police don't come after her..
