    I'm outta here....

    Leaving in an hour or 2 to go down to Rainier!

    (Actually I'm going the "long way" via Safeco Field...the M's have a 1pm game that I'm going to go to for an hour or 2)

    Everyone behave while I'm gone. (that means you bug)

    The weather forecast looks excellent: warm, clear, low winds.
    I'm going to do whatever it takes to make it to the top.

    See ya on the other side....

      Woohoo! Columbia Crest, hey? Hubby's family is friends with Lou Whittaker and bro and family have climbed Mt Rainier, too. It's a tough climb, but worth it! Be prepared for altitude sickness, and have a blast (well, not literally-- it's a volcanic mountain).

            Yeay he's leaving, party at his house. j/k, I can't believe you are going to go climb that mountain, that is an increadible accomplishment. Think about the great stories you'll be able to tell the future grandkids about climbing a mountain! They'll be so impressed. Good luck, stay strong.
