This is actually "diet related" but since this thread gets a lot of traffic, I wanted to tell you all that I owe this board a debt I can never repay.

This morning, for the first time in over 9 years...I got on the scale and I'm under 130. 129.5 to be exact. My high was 164, and at 5'2"...um..that was not "svelte".

I'm in a size 6, someone actually said last night..."you have a SMOKIN' body", and I look better now than I did in my 20's.

I never...NEVER could have reached this place without this board and it's members.

I'm going to a wedding (not mine...lol, yet anyway) over Labor Day and bought an amazing "little black dress". I'll take my after picture in it and post my before/after and my story in the "Success" thread when I return.

There are no words to describe what this place means to me.

Congratulations, Leslie, you skinny lil thing you! Pictures...we want pictures! I haven't talked to you in a long time, but I hope Boo is doing OK. I lost Baby to cancer in July and I have cried a billion tears.
