I am also leaning toward Regulus Black being RAB also. We don't know much about him at all. We do know that RAB had powers greater than Dumbledorf because Dumbledorf needed Harry's help to obtain the horcrux, while RAB did it alone, at least we think he did.
I agree that Snape is a good guy and still in the order but I am not sure the reason why Dumbledorf had to be killed. Possibly because that would prove Snapes loyality to the Deatheaters, but then he is not taking credit for killing him.
1) Was the problem with Dumbledorfs hand every reveled and what happened to him to get it in that shape? Is it possible that he was dying anyway?
2) Did Snape know that Harry was in the room, remember he was hiding.
3) I like the "love of Lily" idea but I don't think so....It wasn't Snape who told where the Potters were or helped kill them.
Guess I need to go back and read them again, for the third time. LOL
