I apologize to everyone

Recently I got very angry and was very mean to someone on the board. I don't want to mention any names because it might open old wounds.

All that I can say is that,.. I have learned that words mean things and to recklessly throw them around can do a lot of damage in a very short time.

To any and all that I offended I apologize, and to the mods I apologize and applaud you. You handled it correctly.

Trust me you'll get no more trouble out of the Natrueboy..

My advice to you is to stay "on topic" and worry about weight loss.
I know it's "fun" talking about politics/religion etc but people get waaay too riled up about it.
