  • The best "Law and Order"?

    What do you think???

    My choices:
    1. SVU
    2. Regular Old Original Law and Order
    3. Trial by Jury
    4. Criminal Intent

I could never really catch onto the CI spinoff.....

Now, SVU, I have memorized and watch religiously. It just went off!! New season previews are so good!!!!

Here is my very own secret Chix Rules: I like all the Oz folks hopping over. Am I the only one who wants Toby to show up on SVU?

Now, he is off Rescue Me, he needs to go somewhere, right?? From criminal to fireman to cop...not a stretch at all

Re: The best "Law and Order"?

Haha I love that the Oz actors show up on Law and Order too. I LOVE Elliott, cause I LOVED Chris Keller. As bad as he was... he was HOT. And yeah, it would be awesome seeing Beecher on the show as well. Cool to see the two of them together again.

I liked it when O'Reilly was on there... of course he's still on Rescue Me. Beecher on Rescue Me was hilarious!

I hate it that you don't care much for Criminal Intent. It WAS my fave up until this last season. And of course the female lead is an Oz alumnus also... Shirley Belinger. I'm looking forward to this coming season cause Chris Noth is gonna be on it. You can't miss that! He and Vincent D'Onfrio are gonna be alternating every episode.

    So.. my list is...

    1. SVU
    2. CI
    3. L&O
and I've never even watched Trial by Jury

See, now I heard about Noth coming on and that will make me watch it. I have this movie The Velocity of Gary and Vincent D'Onofrio is in it and I can tolerate him there, heck that is why I tried CI. Shirley Bellinger was another plus since I "knew her". But, I think he is a big arrogant dork on that show.

I am definitely gonna try it again.

Love Ryan O Reilly on Rescue Me and Beecher when he got caught in that basement was pretty funny. I was hoping they would have had to call in Benson and Stabler and then hmmmm. Well, I know what I would have liked to see . Handcuffs, please. Okay. I'll stop.

Seriously, people who don't know me must think all I do is watch TV and make up family members from TV shows. Well, okay, maybe...nah. I'd be talking about Brian and Justin becoming firemen if I was going in that direction.

Okay I am gonna stop cause I look like a TV dork here. Really, I know reality form fantasy..Really, I do.

Brian and Justin.. as in QAF Brian and Justin?!!! How much do you miss them?!! I am SOOOOO sad. Brian is SOOOOOO hot! And how hot was Drew?! Dang! Poor Emmett.

I was just telling my hubby how boring Sunday nites are for me now.... no QAF, no Six Feet Under, now no Entourage, no L Word.... jeez!

I totally cop to the fact that I watch ALOT of TV. I have Tivo and watch it at my convenience, like now.

        Woohoo! TV junkies unite!

Re: The best "Law and Order"?

I liked the original series until they got rid of Mike Logan, then I sort of stopped watching. But I do like SVU.

CI is annoying because I find Goran to be incredibly annoying. I keep hoping D'Onofrio's character will be written off similar to the character he played on "Homicide:Life on the Streets" episode "The Subway". Oh well...one can hope.

Wanna know something funny....Because Munch has guest starred in many different tv shows, L&O is in the same tv universe as "X-Files". Think about the crossover potential there!

Crossovers are great. I can think of a few I would like to see.

Yes, of course QAF B and J. Are there any others worth my time to watch.

I am at a loss on Sun. nts, too. I am watchign Weeds on Sunday and Rescue Me on Tuesday. I wish they reconsidered taking all of my shows off within the same month. They are killing me here.

Re: The best "Law and Order"?

My fav Law & Order was the original one, when Det. Lenny Briscoe was on. I miss Lenny I cried when I heard he died. I love Ed. I like the new Italian guy too, although I can't think of his name right now.

SVU is the second runner up. I love that show too.

                  I don't get CI.

I think the DA on Trial by Jury is super annoying. Otherwise, I think the show is fairly entertaining.

Goran and Eames are supposed to be elite detectives because they work in the Major Crimes division and are stationed at 1 Police Plaza. Goran is supposed to be a modern-day Sherlock Holmes or something along those lines because he's intelligent and he has great deductive powers. Anyhow, I think he's annoying--especially when he launches into his "psychological-I-can-get-into-your-mind" thing that happens every episode. I'm happy they're going to split the episodes with Noth's character Mike Logan, because if they keep his character intact, Logan won't do that freaky-psycho-babble stuff Goran does.

My favorite is SVU. Never really got into the original L&O or Criminal Intent. Saw a few episodes of Trial by Jury, it wasn't too bad
