    if you pray... pray for my Daddy now.. please

    10 years ago, Daddy had a tumor in his leg... it basically ended our running.. etc.. he survived it.. his leg is huge and swollen from the damage to the lymph and muscle system and the surgery....

    last saturday... he showed me a knot on his inner forearm... I went numb....

    he goes for a bone scan today......

    he says it's probably another cancer... with the same matter of fact 'if it is i'll beat this one too' attitude that helped him survive the first one....

    they said he was 10 years cancer free in july.....

    i'm sick.... i'm numb... i'm weak....

    I'm leaving work today and tomorrow to rake and bale hay while he's at his doctor's appt.


    I DO believe in the power of prayer... and the strength it gives....

    if you pray... pray for my DAddy now... please....

          thanks... I will definately keep you informed.... I had a pm from someone who is torn right now between believing and not believing...... and asked if it was ok if they light a candle.....

          by all means.... whatever you believe in..... I'm asking for that.....thoughts prayers... I want it all...

          I am a Christian... but not a good example of one many times....... I certainly don't understand all there is to know about my faith..

          so.. when this lady asked if it was ok to light a candle... by all means... light a candle for Daddy...

          and thanks again for prayers.....

                              I also asked my mom to pray because her prayers always seem to get answered much more frequently than mine.
