I don't want to clog up the board with me me me so here goes.......

I disappeared a bit back after about my 3rd or so month of pregnancy. I found that pregnancy, low carbing, family etc, was all a bit overwhelming to swallow together so I cut back. The transition from "dieter" to mom to be was difficult to balance so I needed to step back and just be a pregnant lady for a bit. Anyway, I am alive and if I've worried anyone I'm sooooo sorry that wasn't my intention. I started a weight loss regimine the other day, actually more of a loosely based weight watchers concept since I'm nursing and they design especially for nursing moms. I am however, cutting out all the white yucky carbs and junk so I thought popping in her would be a great idea. You were all such a strong support system last year I was hoping to lean on you again. Now that I'm officially a mom to 4 I need all the adult input I can get. LOL. Jacob was born in June weighing in at 6lbs 5oz and 18 1/2 inches long. Thanks again to everyone! Sorry again to those of you I scared the bejesus out of by poofing!
