    Been there done that. BORING!

    You know I used to have my very own "channel" entitled the "Yawn" channel, it came into being on a day just like today..*sigh* Those were the good old days!

              Who's Simon Cowell?


              He's one of the judges on American Idol. Umm, have you never seen this show? It's just more trashy reality stuff. But I only started watching it b/c he is on it and he's a hottie. And he's British. I'm passionate about British hotties.

                Oh, that's why I don't know who he is. I do not watch "reality" tv---especially the music ones. Unfortunatley because of that show I am subjected non stop to stories about that annoying Clay Aiken kid, since he is a local boy here, they never shut up about him.

                      I've been doing great! Had a SUPER busy summer with loads of stress

                      I managed to maintain, and even lost a load of inches with my new treadmill I got as a reward for 6 months of maintenance. Low carb living seems to be easy for me (knock on wood) I just cannot bring myself to load up on carbs or let the carb creep start. I am back for another winter of OWL to lose another 30-35lbs.

                      Thanks for thinking of me Gizmo............ I have a LOAD of reading to do and try to find my way around this new layout.
