I believe Iraq, being a 'new' and ambiguous nation that required a dictator like Saddam Hussein to keep the warring factions in line, is going to fall apart or revert into a civil war.
I have-- and still-- heavily support seeing the nation broken into three parts, with one going to the Sunnis, one to the Shias, and one to the Kurds. The nation could be split according to geography, with Kurds acquiring the northernmost portion, the sunnis taking the southwestern portion and the shias governing the southeastern portion, or according to natural resource distribution.
