umm, what? Are you trying to say I need to post more often? I guess I feel a little guilty since I'm not doing Atkins anymore. But don't fret, I still eat my veggies (having some broccoli for lunch in just a few minutes), drink my water (got a liter in front of me right now), and exercise daily (even going to kickboxing AND spin class tonight). I exercise so much that I have to have some carbs (I mean, more than induction, and OWL is really hard). I also finally have a social life, so I never know when and where I will be eating. I still check up on every one else's progress, it's inspirational no matter what WOE you follow.Mere
