Did "falling back" mess up anyone's schedule? I hate when the time changes. I get all discombobulated.
Saturday night, I accidently set our clock an hour forward, instead of an hour back, and set my alarm from 7:00 a.m. So it was actually 5:00 am, instead of 7 when I got up. I didn't realize this, of course, until I got out of the shower, and turned on the TV to check the weather. Then I couldn't go back to sleep.
Then Saturday night, we had friends over, and were playing cards, and by the time 10:00 pm rolled around, I was falling asleep at the table.
This morning, I woke up at 5:00 am, didn't need to get up until 6:30, of course, and couldn't fall back asleep, of course.
Does this frustrate anyone else?
