Just wondering...i belong to a SAHM site that gives pos or neg reps for things folks say....not EVERYTHING ppl say but you know what i mean...and ive noticed no one does it here much...its alot of fun actually, cause you can leave little mini PMs for folks...

the rep thingy is the scales thingy at the top of folks posts....

There's another board that I sneak into on occasion that uses it a lot....to the point where it's really just a PM system 'cause everyone gets the max green boxes within like 2 days. Here you have to work hard to get one...real hard.
