    I E spell

    Hello all,

    Most of you who know me know I am a college English professor who works from home. Well, I deal with discussion boards with no spell-check feature all day and I know it can be frustrating. The site link below will take you to a free download called IESpell. It will check the spelling for you inside text boxes like those on this forum. I am not saying anyone needs it or we need to even worry about spelling, but since I share it with my students, I decided to share it here.

      LOL LOL I just know this isn't for me cause according to Rawlinson, G. E. (1976) The significance of letter position in word recognition. Unpublished PhD Thesis, Psychology Department,Universityof Nottingham, Nottingham UK .I can speel anyway at all as long as I get the first and last letters right and y'all can read it. We even had a topic up about it last spring but the culling agent deleted it. Maybe MOG can find it with her great ability to find stuff.

        Deb, we have spell check, but 2big confuses it so much, it tries to hide in the Advanced Section.

          Hy, I dn' kn tt at slg. But aren't you assuming you know the first letter. I was trying to spell cajoled last week, but my brain kept telling me it was CON JOLED, and my dictionary didn't help at all. So I used wheedle

            You are all too funny. I don't care if anyone uses it or not. I teach English for goodness sake so I can read some things that are not even English!

              sorry we was just messing. Folk are always after me about my spelling the speeling police ticket me often. even had a some posts on the mod bioard about it. at least so posted a former ADMIN
