My days of fighting the crowds on the day after Thanksgiving are over. I cant take the pushing and shoving I got last time.

We're driving down to Great Falls, Montana for the weekend, to be able to do some real power shopping! Leaving early, tomorrow a.m. to get the best buys. Shopping in the U.S. is so much better than in Canada. There is so much more variety, and your prices are so much better, even with the $ exchange. Montana will be thrilled that we will definately be helping out their economy this weekend!

I don't have any big plans, but I will probably go out for awhile and do a bit of shopping. I already have the majority of my Christmas on Lay-a-way, so I'm not stressing about anything.

I'm planning on going to Ace Hardware LOL, for some reason it never seems to be as busy as places like Walmart, last year I got great service and was in and out in no time. Boys who like tools and gadgets are so easy to shop for!

LOL - I'm easy too MOG. Since we became homeowners many moons ago I've acquired a small collection of tools. Not as impressive as some, but my favourites are my heat stripper and my mouse sander. We don't let dh near the tools. Noooooo. That would be scary. I've done most of my Christmas shopping. I did 90% of it online. That's the way to do it. No pushy people, donuts, pushy people, caffeine, pushy people, or shopping carts being pushed by pushy people. I love it!

I love online shopping but I've had problems with things taking weeks and weeks to arrive, to the point that I'm in a panic 2 days before Christmas! Then I end up going out shopping anyway just in case the things don't arrive!
