We have those here for men too Labarum, I saw them on Good Morning America probably about a year or 2 ago.
I personally think its silly, but I also think padded bras and boob jobs are silly, to each their own I guess.

I think it's ridiculous unless it's going to be used to help someone who had to have their cheeks removed due to surgery or some accident that left them buttless.
