As far as looking younger, I think its all in the genes. Either you have good genes or you don't.

Well, those of you who are bad (wild & crazy), must have bad genes? Being bad runs in the family? (You know who you are...)

I think exercise is the ticket to youth.

I thought that back in my 20's too. I knew that it would be the key to staying slimmer...

If you're 40 or older, can you tell a difference in yourself versus other people your own age? Do you seem to have more pep? Do you look younger? Do you have fewer health problems?

FYI...... I feel better at 50 then I did at 20, 30 or 40! I am much more active now then I ever was. I can work a double/exercise and still find time to do the things that need to be done. Fewer health problems..... you betcha! Blood Pressure is the lowest it has been in 25+ years. The flu hit our family this week. EVERYONE was down for a few days. ME........about 6 hours. As for looking younger? Got me, but I take the compliments as gracefully as possible and smile for hours!

20's Fun, 30's a Thrill, but when you hit 40 -- it's over the hill !!

But when you hit 50 (and above), you're really nifty!!
