Yep, it's the big day.. We're going on holiday today, tomorrow I'll be sitting on the beach with my toes in the sand, building a Barbie sand castle with my girls!! I'll be back here in 3 weeks.
I'm going on maintenance, I don't mind if I don't loose weight in the next 3 weeks, I just reaaaaallly don't want to gain anything back!! I'm worried because I'm only on nuts rung, and don't know if I'll gain if I go on maintenance. Dr A says that's what to do in the book, so that's what I'll do. I'm starting induction again on 6 Jan when we get back. Have lots still to loose and look forward to do so with the help of everyone on this board.
