    I know I'm a few minutes early (11:48p.m. est), but I just wanted to wish our Bobby (aka Perry) a happy 2 year Anniversary at .

              I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                      How did I miss this thread? Thanks, Coop, for noticing my anniversary and thanks to my ADBB friends for their kind words!

                      This board has always been an inspiration to me. "Paying it forward" (my favorite Bren quote) was the least I could do. I don't have any words of wisdom for anyone, though. I had a modest goal... Get to my college weight of 180. Seven weeks and 32 lbs later I was there - and have been ever since! (2/20/04)

                      I'm also very proud of the members that I helped promote to become leaders on the board. To me, that is my greatest accomplishment at ADBB. After all, its the members that make this board great whether they are in management, contributing members or the general population. Everyone has something to offer.

                      Best of success to all and long live Atkins Diet Bulletin Board.
