WOW! I can't believe you all remembered! I read this and cried! I love you all so much!

Actually - the worst thing happened. My computer wouldnt let me connect to the internet, so i called Roadrunner and had them help me, come to find out my cable modem was bad. So I had to wait until they opened and get another one!!! So tonight is my first time back on since I posted that!

I hope you all had a wonderful, wonderful Christmas and thank you so much for thinking about me! I really cant explain how much it means.

Well...Chris and I went to midnight mass on Christmas eve, came home and opened one gift! (ONLY!!!! ) and then when we woke up we did the rest of them. We planned a few days before that we woulld have our own feast so we had got all the food we needed and made everything you can think of!!! it was so much fun being in the kitchen all morning, passing things around to each other, and listening to all the christmas music! ((((we stepped away for a second and i came back to witness my cat pulling away a steak, LMAO!!!)))) later on that night we went sled riding! woo hoo! (havent done that in a while!) and relaxed together by the fireplace and watched movies!

It wasnt anything like we usually do, but it was fun just being together. I love that man so much! I just wanna squeeze him all the time!!! hehehe.

I'm so glad you had a nice Christmas. Don't let those turkeys get you down. I smiled at the thought of your cat getting the steak. One of ours (we have 5) was very quick of the mark one day and got a chicken breast onto the floor but I got it off her before she found her way through the plastic wrap plate, luckily. She was eyeing off the leg of ham, too. A bit ambitious for a 5lb pussycat!

Hey Speedy, I am glad you had a wonderful day with you bf!! Yup.......I can so relate to the cat and the steak episode.

Analog6, I too have 5 cats......Oh my they are ALWAYS sneaking around getting into things. Last night while making dinner I set my hubbies salad on the table (basically it was romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots) I walked over and there is one of my cats on the seat with several pieces of lettuce around her......she reaches up with her paw and snags another piece right in front of me. Geeeeeshhhhh even salad isnt safe in my house.

MsChrissy, I've had the same thing happen. My Marmaduke (a ginger desexed male) loves cheese. He especially like my smoked Dutch cheese, and will pinch it from my salad bowl while I am at the stove getting the meat. You should see him look around, very furtive, to check where Mummy is before he grabs a bit!

And our youngest, a cream tabby Oriental (rescued from the animal shelter) loved crisps. When the DB has corn chips, he comes and puts his paws on the table top and a little trianbgular face looks up and there is a "woaiuw!" if you don't offer a chip. He takes them from your hand with his moth and crunches it all up - I think it's the salt. ALthough this cat also likes chocolate ice creams!
