  • Christmas Cookies????????

    Let me get this straight
and PLEASE PEOPLE correct me if I am wrong .... today I listened to something other than NPR

and this is what I learned about cookies

if you have been to any government websites since 9/11 the NSA has been using illegal cookies in the hunt for possible terrorism. So if these cookies have latched on to you, the NSA knows everywhere you are going on the Internet. Now if I am not mistaken the NSA (National Security Agency) is NOT supposed be monitoring US Citizens with out a warrant..

far be it for me to want to start or create any kind of distraction or insight any kind of political debate.

All am saying is AM I READING ALL THIS CORRECTLY??????

thank you for your attention ..you may go back to your holiday now

They kind of internet "cookies" that attach themselves and track your internet use...kinda like wizard of oz!

The article says 2 cookies were found (on NSA sites) that had expiration years of 2035 - in 2003 federal agencies were prohibited from using persistent cookies - those that aren't automatically deleted right away - unless there is a "compelling need." - so it looks like they forgot to remove a couple!

so they got caught with 2 ...so that makes how many that were missed????

now remember this is only a clarification not a debate
