    Guess WHO Got a JOB?????!!!!!!!!

    Not me! - Just kidding! Yes! Finally!!!!! It starts Feb 8th. I guess I can't really count my chickens until I work there and even until after I'm established but I'm SOOOOO EXCITED!!! It's at a very nice CPA Office, family oriented w/excellent benefits and more vacation time than I could use. I'll get like 40 hrs paid every 6 mos I work for the first 18 months and then it increases to 60 hrs!!!! That's 2 weeks the first year and then 3 weeks after that!!! PLUS paid holidays!!!! AND I'll be getting paid one more dollar an hour than what I was hoping for - to START!!!!!

    Those of you who read my journal know about my nightmare interview with the ICE GOddess yesterday. No word on whether she wants to give me a try just yet BUT THANK GOODNESS I AM NOT DESPERATE ENOUGH TO TAKE IT!!!!!

              Our government is putting is legislation so our benefits go away and we have to work public holidays and Christmas!

                      Really????? US Gov't tries to legislate everything but they still leave that up to the businesses so far. I wonder why Australian Gov't wouldn't leave that up to choice? I could see medical being regulated over here at some point - but not holidays.
