    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    Hmmm... if the pressure on the fluid in your tear ducts was greater than the surrounding water pressure, you should be able to. Probably at very shallow depths though.

            i would think you could, as long as you werent going to major depths

            but even then youd haqve subaqua gear on so i guess the answer is always yes unless your drowning yourself
