Can anyone tell me how to delete a pop up from my website?

I have an annoying pop up on my front page of my website...
It only appeared recently....

I maintain the site myself with FrontPage an cannot figure out how to delete the pop up....
The company that created my site has not responded to me.... maybe out of business..


does anyone know how I can remove it? It is not on a free server or free host.....
please have a look... any advice is welcome

Its gone! Iv'e deleted it It was put there without my knowledge or consent by webstat4U formerly Nedstat.... a counter....tracking software.... who told me how many hits I had a day.... time...source.... but then they put a huge pop up ad on my first page of my website! totally ruining the effect!

I no longer use them and told them to delete the pop up immediately....

does anyone still see it? www.westwindinn.net
