i'm 89% dixie. having grown up in virginia and taking all of my childhood vacations in the outer banks of north carolina i thought it was hilarious that brew thru was an answer choice for one of the questions.

They used to do it back in highschool when someone had their 16th birthday..they'd sneak over in the middle of the night and throw rolls of TP up and over all the branches of the trees in the birthday boy/girls yard! I think they do it for all sorts of things now in celebration. But back then I only remember the 16th birthday one, that was because 16 was when you were old enough to get your drivers license so it was a big deal birthday.

I guess they do it everywhere in the US? I'm not really sure though.
