we had a beautiful snow last night all on the tress and cars but none on the roads and sidewalks. SUppost to get signigficant acculuation theis weekend of course that means all the milk and bread is sold out LOL good thing they don't have a run on Atkins type foods.

yea its is but where I live I cant find parking, cause no one moves, and thats after I dig my car out and in and I cant leave then. Then NO ONE SHOVELS, so I have to worry about ice, me and ice dont get along good, and The stores dont shovel and the ones that do, put it near the curbs, so to get out of the car you have to climb a small mountain.
No I hate snow!!!!

Sorry had to get it out of my system! I think I will make a trip to Canada next time during winter...... my luck is it will SNOWWWWW snooooowwww snoooooooooooow when I'm there! I missss da snow! Making snowmen, snowball fights, slippery slides in the snow, skidding along the sidewalks, seeing the beautiful fresh snow cover the roofs of houses and shops.. ahhhh

Oh Diva, me too! Since we moved from Canberra up north we can't go to the snow any more. It was only a 2 hour drive and we used to stay at a lovely YHA at Thredbo, NSW (http://www.yha.com.au/hostels/detail...TOKEN=60686248) for long weekends and have fun in the snow (we don't ski). In 2000 we went for the Olympic torch relay in Thredbo and they all skied down the mountain with flares. It ws gorgeous.

None up this neck of the woods. In winter it rarely gets below 12 deg (Celsius) and they all run around in polar fleece clothes and woolie beanies. It's a hoot!

Look I have had more than my fill of snow and am more than willing to wish it upon anybody else. I love snow, as long as it is in a little plastic bubble full of water. I used to go out and play in the snow, but now I can't and when I do go out I am in pain, so Please take my snow. Please

Floyd-You should be getting some soon! Im in ohio and yesterday we had a HUGE SNOW STORM and it closed most of the towns in my county. In the morning, there wasnt any snow on the ground, and by 6pm the whole county was closed.....it's gotta be giving you a little!!!

Yes, speedy, they are forecasting 6 - 10"s for us tomorrow.

They are STILL saying they don't know the exact track of the storm. We could get less than that or we could get more than that!
