Vanilla Extract for Cat Urine???

This is a gross topic, lol, But I have to ask!

I thought I had read once that if there is cat urine on your carpet, you can use vanilla extract and it will clean it. Has anyone tried this? Use this currently? Or even heard of it!?!?!?

I have an older cat who has lost control of her bladder, and I scrub the carpets all the time, so just wondering if this is a "real" remedy. Thanks!!!

Sorry, I have never heard of such a remedy. There may be some truth in it, but I dont know.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
