I am in a cool pool ...
the way it works is you choose 10 teams

every time a team wins you get their seed number in points ...

if an eight seed wins you get 8 points ... if a 1 seed wins you get one point etc ...

so like if you choose duke as one of your points you only get like 5 points
if they win it all

where as if you choose a 5th seed you get 5 pts for each win ...

I have the following teams:

Mich State
West VA
GW
Utah
Seton Hall
San Diego
Alabama
UAB
NC State
Pitts

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
