Thank you all for your prayers and concern for my son, myself and our George. They made all the difference in the world for us.
Chase asked to stay home yesterday because of George. He said yesterday that he couldn't just cry when he wanted to. I told him he could stay home today, but he had to do his book report. He agreed.
We talked about George a little, and laughed over some of the crazy things he's done. Then we cried.
This is really tough.
Chase also had a talk with Ralphy and hugged him and I believe forgave him too.
One day at a time is how we have to do this.
Chase asked to rent a funny movie tonight so we could laugh.
That sounds like a good idea.
It will take a while, but the healing has begun.
