Hey, I just discovered this new way to use post-its on your desktop. I can see this being helpful for keeping me focused on my goals for the day and stop myself from eating anything off plan. Also, it's an easy way to keep a count of g of carbs for the day. Just go to download.com and search for post-its lite and something with that sort of title should pop up. They are awesome!!
